Tomac was probably the most complete mtb rider .

In x country , Ned Overend was probably better and in downhill , vouilloz is the absolute king .

As for drugs in cycling and sport in genral, it's a sad fact.

Interesting how much testing went on in the early to mid 90s of mtb racers.

Tomac did the tour , so he probably came across doping . I think it is a sad case that in the late eighties , early nineties all the riders were dopped , including mtb racers .
I think paola Pezzo was one of the first one to get caught .
