This afternoon I'll be taking the road bike (An early 90's KHS Aero Turbo) out for 3-4 hours of hilly Cotswolds lanes, then on Sunday a couple of hours easy pace on the road again.

Hopefully the trails around Castle Coch, never been there to my shame. So in the morning it'll be up at sunrise and get a ride in before the madness starts for the day in my house. That's the plan anyhow.

Was going to go today but had to take my bike to the LBS (the 'No Love' Voodoo), then put a K&N on my car and now typing this waiting for the 'little darlings' to come home from school.
