I'm almost too scared to contemplate tomorrow, the thought of Corbyn with the help of the SNP plus the dross and also rans banding together to form a coalition fills me with dread.

I have to concede I never saw Brexit happening, nor Leicester winning the prem, let alone Trump getting in the White-House, all of which I'd have put good money on "Not Happening" ..... needless to say its left me fearing the worst.

Uncapped social care contribution - albeit TM has u-turned to say she will cap it but no figure is forthcoming - with the prospect of modest families losing their homes after years of tax contributions...how do you reconcile that? It's a con.
Reduction in Corporation Tax to the lowest in Europe, at who's expense?
Privatisation of the NHS
No guarantees that NI contributions will not rise - which is just another way of increasing income tax under another name
More 'free' and grammar schools
No cuts in university tuition fees
No deal is better than a bad deal type negotiations with the EU
Scrapping the pensions triple lock
Change planning laws to make fracking easier
Lip service to air pollution targets - not even on the agenda
I could go on.

Labour is in a better place now than when he took over that is for sure.

I would say they are in a different place, not a better one. Until you can get in government and change things, then all you are is the easy sniping, never responsible, protest party

I still maintain that a man who for 66 years has had many spots that many do not like, he is unlikely to change them no matter what he says for the 2 additional years of elections and for the rest of his political life

I think Labour will lose, tories will get a majority but not the labour wipeout first forecast, that might save his bacon as leader but it does leave Labour with a difficult discussion after.

Do they hold with his principled views knowing they may end up like the lib dems, so never likely to be in government again, or do they come back more to the centre ground?

The other issue whether you agree or not doesn't matter, but the unions and momentum have invested a shed load of cash and time to put their candidate Jeremy, into power to do their wish list. If he is seen as unelectable, I wonder what the unions and momentum will do with the Labour party and with Jeremy then?

Yes he's proved he can lose an election the same as Miliband, but he's done it with a proper left of centre manifesto. Not Milibands "stand as close to the Tories as possible and try to look more pretty" shite.

He's done it without the support of the PLP,
He's raised loads of cash for Labour,
Increased membership massively,
Given Labour a direction for the future

Seriously I think he's been massive for the party. People were saying it'll take 3 leaders to come and go before Labour are electable. If Corbyn loses this election I assume he'll stay on for a while but not contest next G.E and the next leader will have a great chance.

Having most of the key figures on your top table having a history with multiple terrorist groups for decades, hardly ranks as a less odious and toxic party no?

Labour when it regroups, needs to pick it's top table based on no associations with terrorists if the British people are to trust Labour again and that rules out most of the old farts and Khan. It needs to look more forward to a younger group who are untainted

The problem most politicians have now and not so much before, today's candidates have vast accessible internet life history so the public probably knows more about you than you do.
