Isn't it actually to collapse of ukip effect? Across the board according to that labour have dipped a bit but ukip have crashed with their share going Tory.

If you really must insist on blaming all the worlds ills on labour then at least rename it the brown/miliband/corbyn effect. I am just pleased that we will all be saved by child catcher mummy, if she ever comes out of hiding.

I think you're overestimating the popularity of UKIP just slightly. Sure, a lot of their vote will be going blue but the bigger story is the red one. Or lack of red on the maps.

I don't doubt all three have had a hand in Labour's demise, but it would seem Corbyn is the completely toxic one. In fact no, it's definitely Corbyn. Brown and Miliband had normal people on their front bench, Benn, Cooper, Burnham, Harman etc. I didn't agree with them but at least they weren't batshit mental like Abbott and Rayner.

Abbot and rayner?

Have you even looked at the figures you linked?

Yep.

Kid on it's about UKIP the no seat party if you like. The story on election night will be one of two things. A bona fide miracle or Labour haemorrhaging seats to the Tories. UKIP will be a sideshow.

Look at your figures, look at the labour % decrease, look at the ukip % decrease, look at the Tory increase. Your evidence does not back up your claim.

Firstly they're not my figures. Secondly parliament is not based on percentage points gained or lost, what's important is how those movements translate into seats.

And seeing as Labour have 201 and UKIP have 0 it is only Labour who can lose. And lose big.
