Who Can make Custom Rotors?

A couple of months ago, I noticed a user on here saying they could knock up brake rotors in any size and for much cheapness..


Can anyone remember who it was?

I have searched and searched but had no luck.

Not when I just asked them.

EDIT: They can put writing into the braking surface but when I asked for a completely custom rotor design to suit hope 5-bolt hubs they said no.
