freehub body has some marks from an SRP titanium cassette (non-spider) that was used back in the days
Rear main bearings were upgraded to SKF bearings soon after they were bought as the original bearings for some reason were crap.
I would take the rear hub apart and put some grease on the pawls etc for peace of mind, even though they click just fine.
