White GT Xizang that I am debating what to do with...

My std reply, from over 2 years looking.

You don't *need* Xizangs, do you, ummm... well.... A nice 93 Zaskar or Psyclone would be a fine addition though.

I'm the guy that stripped the Xizang paint above. I liked the original paint job but it was a bit rough around the chain stays, plus I just like the naked Ti look. It had to go and I don't regret it. Hold onto your Xizang. We can race them if I ever head down south

Gave it a small makeover and a top to bottom big clean. I use a fine grade Scotchbrite pad to buff the Ti which brings it up nicely. I haven't changed much on this one at all.

That's a lovely colour scheme, don't strip it. I'd love one in that colour, doesn't have to be a xizang either.

my 2c is to strip it to bare Ti - what is the point of paint on a Ti frame; just excess weight.

maybe worth getting it bead or soda blasted, that way all the paint is taken off and the sruface left a uniform matt with no sanding marks.

don't bother just find another and have both, polished and white
