White Explosif, Blue decals. Dodgy?

For some reason im unsure of this one. Who tries to sell a bike and lies it on the ground? Plus if you've bought an Explosif then you know enough about bikes to not call the rear cassette "sprockets". Might just be me though, im a pessimist. Am sure ive seen that bike before though and i think it was on here.
