Amberwall, and despite what the description says they are kevlar bead not steel and if 'I believe in Fixies' on here has any of his fronts spare then you're on to a winner!

I'm looking for amber-wall tyres, so I'd like to order these -- but the photo shows black-wall tyres... :?

i used to run Onza racing porcs 2.1 (amber wall) on my front wheel (ringle hub with mavic 231 rims ) and specialised cannibal s (grey & amber -umma gumma) on the rear (pulstar hub with an araya rm365 team 7000super rim) on my rc200

for road use - i used to use nokia city slicker (on shimano xt front hub with mavic 231 rim - tioga disc drive with shimano 7 speed & mavic 231 rim) - the slicks were great for tarmac.

I've been looking for some tan wall tyres. Seems like they don't make them anymore.

I always used to want Skin wall Specialized tyres in the 90s but then I read they were rubbish.

I just bought a pair of the re-issue 2.1 Porcupines, in the kevlar folding version for £24 the pair posted for eBay. I thought that was good value.
