Don't worry, I won't jump down anyone's throat, I'm far too nice :twisted:

I just think that ebay really puts the emphasis on the buyer to research as they don't really care who sells what and how. If a buyer is going to spend that much on a cracked frame based on the Manitou name then you'd guess they are into retro bikes, or at least know something about Manitous (like 1 1/4" headsets).

But I'm certainly not defending the sadsack who's selling it who has to bear 99% of the blame for several dodgy practices!
