Stumpy
Last steel Stumpy was in 98, the Ritchy Nitanium version.

If its a Stumpjumper not an S Works and its a 2000 model then its an M2 as M4 in Stumpies started in 2002, 99 for S Works.
These frames ride brilliantly with either the later M2's or early M4's as the were slightly beefed up around the head tube but still had a super light feel and pinpiont accuracy with steering.
