I had a complete campy 8 speed group languishing in the parts bin that no one wanted to buy locally so I decided to get a frame to hang it on...

as soon as I got the frame someone came through and bought the campy group, c'est la vie!

it's nice! prestige, dark metallic green with rad decals, chromes fork/stays, pantograph, custom “wheeler” stamped rear dropouts and BB shell, internal rear brake cable routing, etc

i've been lusting after modolo 8x tenos bars so I found a clean enough set and mated them to an ITM Goccia and then picked up a NOS Concour Lite because, call me crazy, but I like the way the nose of the saddle sort of mirrors the top rear of the stem 🤷‍♂️

obviously the shimano wheelset with a matching blue drop shadow was necessarily serendipitous. they came from the donor bike I picked up after the Campy left the building. That score also netted me a DA9 group with ultegra brakes/cassette.

Nice. Not a brand we see so much on the road side. Quality clear pictures too 👍 🥰

Really nice. I have a very similar one badged as a Saronni, which is weird. What threading does your BB have?

thanks Woz. true, there are nearly no Wheelers over here in the road section, was surprised this frame was for sale in my neighborhood not half a mile away, just had to build it.

it's large for me otherwise i'd be trying to keep it. alas it's for sale locally.

Lovely build. And your saddle/stem angle detail is just the kind of thing I like, very thoughtful touch. Bar tape colour is also spot on. 😎
