What's your "go to" bike right now, and why?

This has recently replaced all of the others as my go to bike. It's the only bike I've ridden since I got it. It's incredibly quick, light and I like the reduced hassle/complication of v-brakes/rigid forks.

The go to bike is my good old Basso hybrid. Newly powder-coated a while ago and rebuild with modern parts. Today on a tour through the heartland of german sauerkraut (not pictured ):

You'd think with all the konas i have it'd be one of those,but my 1989 team stumpjumper is the one i go for at the minute. It rides lovely along the local tracks,is really comfortable and responds well to your inputs a brilliant bike.

Just built up a 1995 (I think) Orange P7 with the original rigid fork. It really demands that it is picked up by the scruff of the neck and chucked about. I didn't think I'd find anything much more satisfying than my Cindercone, but I am really enjoying it. The handling is superb. I've got a Pace RC36 fork to fit, but am not sure I will bother!
