What's the part with holes in called?

I'm looking to find the parts that have the 3 holes in behind the brake boss to fit the v brake spring as shown in the picture.

I always called them spring plates but paragon call them brake rings:

I have some of the Paragon ones as spare parts here in the UK.
M10 hole IIRC.
Probably a few quid each, but I'll dig up a proper price if you're interested.
