Thanks for that fellas. Found a pic of a really nice one on here. Gonna build it up and try the size and if all ok gonna get it painted.
May take a while though.

It's a size 19, intended for height range 5-9 to 6-3. As Keir says, the paint's already a nice colour.

They measure from centre of bb to top of seat tube. It looks like a 20 to me, but if you reckon the c-c is 16, then that indicates a 19.

Paint looks fine to me, decals all look good too. A powdercoat finish would look worse. I would give it a good clean, including remove all non-works stickers, remove surface rust with a fine craft file, stabilise with Kurust, dab in a close colour (Humbrol craft paint, £1.50/pot), stand a few feet away and you'll ask yourself why you ever wanted to repaint it.
