What year is my Marin Indian Fire Trail?

Hi,

Ive had this bike for about 10 years and I bought it 2nd hand. Got a feeling its 1991 but just wondered if anyone knew any different. Sadly the bike is too small for me now (17" Frame) so getting rid of bits off it.

'93(or later) at a guess. They started making them in 92, and the first one had green decals.

I'd go 93 but the decals are a bit different from here

Top tube decals on the '93 range went all the way across, the 'Indian Fire Trail' decal looks like the '92 style... Colours match the '93 bike though. I

Check to Frame number, usually something like this

F123ABC456

The third number (3 above) is the year

Cheers for all your help, frame number is MD2JA0002. So would that make it a 92?
