kona lava dome 1995. bought the bike brand new, raced it the following weekend in the onabike series and won the race. loved it then traded it in for new kona manomano (mistake) just bought 1997 steel cinder cone,cant wait to ride steel again (first bike raleigh which snapped)

I think it was a 1993 Rockhopper Comp two tone green. Best bike I ever owned. Bought from Total Fatness in Bath for 399.

Great my mate had a 93 Rockhopper. I remember it to this day, he was good enough to lend it to me for some reason when my bike was off teh road or trail , I slipped on a stile banged the bike, got on and the brake was rubbing! Why was that I thought? Ooops one bent seatstay......................

50 quid later and it was repaired and painted.

Agh I remember that at the base of Corfe Castle in teh Purbecks

... A Kona Lava Dome. My wife is still on her first bike too. A Rockhopper Comp. She must have had that one for 17 years now - Who needs a second bike if you get it right first time. (answer - me. The wife got it right with the Rockhopper )
