what was your SECOND mountain bike?

My second mountain bike was a m-trax ti-chromo jobby. For some reason I seem to remember it was m-trax 450? :? But there is so limited info on the web about them I am just not sure. It had stx parts on it and rode really nice. I rode it everywhere. Then some git nicked it.

1992 Diamond Back Axis bought 2nd hand with hard earned paper round money in 1994. First time I'd experianced shimano rapid fire and spds. Shortly after getting it I "upgraded" it with a Girvin Flexstem

After my Raleigh Maverick (Yellow and White) died an early death, My local Raleigh Dealer(Nearest bike shop within 20 miles) sold me a gorgeous Technium Chill.
Ah i can remember it as if it were yesterday... :roll:
I really wanted a Kona Cindercone, but i loved my raleigh all the same.

Raleigh Amazon, the CroMo one.

Single speeded it the first winter because I was sick of the mud mucking up the shifting. This was way before single speed conversion stuff was available. Finally managed it with a BMX hub, spaced on the non drive side to get the chainline right.

Really loved that bike even though it was a bit on the heavy side.
