paid him for a zaskar frame on the 21st of jan
said he'd post on the monday and so on and so forth
now is just ignoring me
so luckily i have his address so i can raise a ccj against him
and i intend too

thing is he is still selling stuff on e-bay

The response from sellers does vary a lot. The best send as soon as the money is paid - I've waited three weeks before now and that's not really on in my view!

An inquiry on the forum " has anyone seen (name) 2has been known to shame the offender into doing the right thing, particularly if you can see from the forum list that they are on line at the time!

Any longer than a week , or weekend , is too long for me. There's no excuse- you need the money, well provide something in return. You need the space, make that space quickly!

chap purchased item good as gold

was over seas and as the price was knocked down was agreed to send as cheap as possable

wife posted first sat after payment
(she has put recipt somewhere :evil: )

item stil notl arrived 3 weeks later :cry:
what do i do??
just hope its a very slow postal service where he is or im the one looking dodgy here for no fault of own :cry:

sending stuff to the low countries can take a while 3/4 weeks imo

Good call. I have the same issue with lack of coms from 2 sellers that I haven't recived parts from. Same thing as woodsman, send them a pm and no response!

I dont suppose a 3 and out system could work? Sellers reported to have stiched someone up 3 times could then be banned from using retrobike? It would save more people having the same trouble.
