Wow, that was pretty harsh and very condescending of you. Take a deep breath if you get that wound up what I write about some old bikes. Also pretty low of you to point out my grammatical errors. May I also suggest that you take a step down from your high horse.

Of course - might I remind you of your tone?

Put down your rose tinted spectacles and be open about it.

.... The end. It`s not even worth debating really.

If you don't like receiving it back in spades, probably best not to dish it out in the first place.

I`m sorry, did you wake up on the wrong side today? Why are you so aggressive and square? Still waiting for you to explain how bicycle technology have not evolved since 1990.

Interesting to read all the different tech someone above appreciates. Could as well have been my list. Rode my fully rigid single-speed Kona Humu with Panaracer Diesels 2.5s and 80mm stem/ 762mm bar today and 180mm cranks. Had fun. Would have had even more fun if it had disc brakes and a 100mm suspension fork.

Here it is

Kona have this for 2015 but disc brakes. No bouncy front though...

I just like seeing it in use :? Thats why i go to extraordinary lengths to rebuild sad broken bits. Its good to see them being used and not squirreled

Have you 2( 5  ) not agreed to disagree yet :? Well hurry up before this nice thread gets locked

Re:

I'll admit, when I joined I was single and had spare cash to indulge in a great hobby. Now I've moved back to Devon, met a girl and bought a house, I still browse the site and still have a big collection of bikes, i just have other things taking up my time - also been training on a retro road bike this year and will be competing in a 100 mile sportive in two weeks, so mountain bikes have taken a back seat - I have recently bought a Proflex 756 - just need the time to build it.

I've noticed its been a lot quieter this last year. You scroll down posts on the front page of that category and they can go back days whereas there used to be a whole pages on the front page that had that days date on them.

I'm not planning to sell and buy new - I still love the look and feel of a 90's bike.

*yawns* at the irony of your post.

Reading earlier posts will answer your enquiries. I see that you're still dishing out the personal abuse, therefore, I shall ignore you from now on. You're not worth responding to.
