What kind of Paul vbrakes are this

As per title. I managed to get a Paul components brake for cheap. The anodizing is faded but it doesn't matter as these will be silver or 3dv to match the rest of my parts on my Clark Kent ti.

But I never seen these Vbrakes but they sure are Pauls. Who can help me out?
