Originally I purchased a 1992 Marin Eldridge Trail because I needed another set of wheels for my Kona. Eventually I thought it would be a cool project to rebuild it, but the frame was rusted through, so that made it a no go. Forks and stem are fine, and so is all the rest of the hardware.
I just saw a Marin Muir-woods on eBay, and am wondering on the differences between the frames on these bikes. Are the frames from a 1993 Eldridge trail and a Muir-woods from the same year similar, and just the components differ?
