What forks for my bike.

Hi all, I'm looking for makers of forks that will facilitate a carrier cage.
I've a 26 inch wheel and a alloy frame.
At the moment it's got pace evo 2s on, and I want to put a basket on the front/carrier. So will need a pannier cage.
I like the look of the carbon exotic ones but not sure if it would take the said carrier.
I've seen some ridged ones that have many options for carrier's but not sure on there make

I think the buzzword is Barnacle Fork and i think you will be pushed to find one for 26". Maybe Surly do one?
The cheapest option would probably be finding a steel fork, that has the right axle to crown, and get a frame builder to braze in a bunch of them to suit whatever cages you use. Fairly quick job and not expensive.
Rivet nuts done well is a DIY option but there is a risk of them coming loose.

Surly certainly did for the Troll. Try Spa Cycles or SJS.

I wouldn't put loads on an EXotic in places its wasn't designed for.
