The top tube, seat and chain stays are solid, but the rest is hollow. I'll do another couple images and put some of the material thicknesses on it, as there's definitely room for weight improvement!
As for cutting it, I didn't have to worry too much about it bursting into flames, as it's a magenesium alloy. I started off using a power saw with a hack saw blade in it, followed by a senior hack saw, drilling and then brute force to snap the last part. It took a long time and access to a water/sand cutter would have been handy.
Think I might make it into a coffee table next
