Lock on grips.
Risers pre-94.
Forks with too much travel.
Non period correct front suss.

Quite agree except risers pre-94 : Some Pre-90 bikes got risers…

Suspension forks on non-adjusted suspension frames / suspension forks with too much travel for the frame geometry.

Massive seats. Do the right thing and wear a decent pair of lycra shorts.
