What colour for an RC200 frame (with a plan to selling it)

As some of you may have seen in the what’s it worth thread, the paint has started to come off the down tube of my RC200 F3. I was planning to sell it as I can no longer use it. So with this in mind, do I

a) Nitromors it and polish it up.
b) Get it professionally stripped and repainted.

If b) what colour should I go for?

It’s currently white and if I was keeping it I would probably go with black. Although If I was keeping it I would probably just use plastidip as it’s cheap and easily changed.

Do we think getting it done "metallic" or "candy" would be worth it from a resale point of view?

I'm finding it hard to look at it as a means to getting the most money from a sale, and keep thinking about how I would want it.

if you get ti done professionally you wont see any return really on the spend. if its done poorly at home it will cost you. IMHO hte best bet is to tidy it and sell as is. The buyer can then decide what colour they want should they not want the "patinad" look

+1 let the buyer do with it what they will. Give it a good clean. Is the cost of a re-finish paint, powdercoat, polish, whatever, going to add more than it cost to get done to the value?

I've been quoted £24 + vat for a flat colour by cas coatings who are very very highly recommended. Or polishing it would be £20 roughly in materials.
