What brake sets came in Neon Yellow?

Id like to add a set of neon yellow brakes to my 1991 marin. Were the Magura HS33's the only brand to offer this?

Well I think Suntour offered little neon clip bits for the Suntour x1 groupset. Not sure if you could use those on the Dia compe x1 cantilever brake though

So yes I think your stuck with racelines

They are and they are. They also work really well since the pads are very easy to adjust. They weigh almost nothing.

Odyssey had the very nice and powerful Paralever lever around 94-95
This came in polished but also in a neon-yellow variant.
