That is indeed cheap as chips. Might get it, looks sturdy enough and the immediate compatibility is a nice bonus.

Its steel, so might not be quite as stiff as an alloy one, but unless you're sprinting out of the saddle with a silly load, its unlikely to cause any issues.

Pretty much finished converting it now. Fixed it up, given it a clean, added a few useful parts. Went a little over budget, but I don't mind. Could have kept it under budget, but I decided to replace a few things that didn't really need replacing.
