What bike is this ?

Hi I rescued this from work today (after asking..) , been left in the bike shed for nearly a year , flat tyres , rusty chain and was going to be skipped after the bike shed got re-located....anyway any of you guys know what make it is ??
has cateyes stickers on it ??

looks like a generic asian alloy frame , tho the down tube gusset may narrow it down a bit

The arrangement of the cable stops and the welded-on plate in the downtube-headset area remind me of an old Bulls. The chainstays do too. The low height of the seattube bottle mount is another indication.
However the cable stop behind the seatpost confuses me. I'm not really sure if they made frames for cantilevers. In fact I'm not sure if they made any bikes in the pre-1997 era at all.

Are the main tubes (headset to BB and headset to seattube) slightly triangular? Are the seatstays curved only once or do they follow similar lines to the chainstays (opening up a bit just above the brake bosses) ?
