OK, time will tell.

Hey, why don't you buy a dozen frames now and put them up in the loft for 15 years. You'll make a fortune! Go on, listen to the voices in your head, just do it!!

Honestly, starting a thread on RetroBike about NICE steel hardtails, kicking it off with that mass produced modern and you expect me not to bite.

On the other hand, some classy looking Retro machines on here. Nice one!

I have to agree that posting a 150mm travel Taiwanese built 2010 bike on retrobike is a little odd but I do also think that this style of bike is going to gain more and more prominence as more weekend warriors want something that will handle trail centers and big-hit while retaining the fun on their local trails that would become boring on full-suspension rigs.

on the note of popping a few in the loft...... 'retro' still doesn't have a huge ticket-price,
I am consistently amazed at how cheaply we get a hold of our NOS gear.

;]

(If I was going to pop a steel frame or two in the loft it would be the soon to be released Charge Duster 2011 frames.)

think old school Ritchey

Made some changes to the DK. It's a bit on the quick side. I need to find a 90-92 Privateer frame for the fork+bar/stem combo.

All true, no doubt - but it doesn't change the name of this website!! ;)

I love that!

Much more inkeeping with the retro spirit.

I agree the Ragley should be spammed all over STW or similar, lost count of the number of times I have seen it pop up on here....do you work for them on some sort of viral marketing level or something?
