What’s this titanium bottom bracket spindle then?

Any idea what this is?
117.4mm long
17mm diameter
I’ve no use for it so if anyone can use it and know what it can be used for... happy to let it go at a fair price.

Looks like a specialized cottered bb spindle I had years ago, other brands are available.

Then again I probably wrong. You know what they say - a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing!

I think various setups used them.
They're in my White Industries (phantom?)/Specialised Bottom brakcets. if they have no grub screw marks then maybe used in another bottom bracket or Klein style setup.
