it must be catching, ive lost 50lb since september! Started running on NYE & just got in from a late run round the block, managed 6k without stopping tonight and it feels great!

by the way, I agree with JohnH's diet plan - but healthy snacks arent always a bad idea, ie, dried apricots or a banana/apple for example. They give essential fats and natural sugars.
Avoid creams/cheeses in any form - only eat in moderation when you can no longer resist!
also, i'd avoid fruit juice if possible, especially if you didnt squeeze it yourself. Soooo much sugar in it. More than fat Coke in most cases!
