Wanted - Wings / Speed Spring (JUDY) Instructions

Does anyone have or could scan in the Wings Spring / Speed Springs instructions.

I have two spring sets here

Yellow Powder coat 155mm long, 20.5mm diameter
Steel with a blue wrap thing 155mm long 15mm diameter. Lighter than the above

I'm interested to know how these installed, as I did have the instructions that came with the steel coloured but since lost. I remember them saying the length would now be long travel (aka 60mm). So interested to know why and how I can drop them back to 50mm and it's nice to have instructions to rest the messy greased springs on
