It's only the frame that appeals to me, I have poor taste and find the XTR M95x unappealing

Probably around that. Maybe a little more for the frame £300’frame and £70 forks.

It means you’ve paid £500’for a XTR groups and wheel which is far from cheap though.

I doubt it will sell. But at a little less I’d buy it to split.

I’m on the fench whether to buy it . I don’t want the frame or fork , only a few XTR bits.
