WANTED: M4 barrel adjuster

Looking for an M4 barrel adjuster to fit a threaded cable stop on a 70's Jack Taylor, like the one pictured here, but I'm coming up blank - all available ones seem to be M5 or larger.
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Sure, thanks. I've had a tip from elsewhere that pre-78 Simplex Prestige shifters use the same size adjuster, so am currently waiting for one of those to arrive so I can check - fingers crossed!
Seems that they are also commonly sought by Raleigh/Carlton owners for the rear brake bridge, which uses the same fitting.
Will update once that's here for the benefit of anyone else searching for the same thing in future..

EDIT FOR ANY FUTURE GOOGLERS WITH THE SAME ISSUE: the adjuster from the pre-78 Simplex shifter mentioned above worked perfectly. Turns out it's actually M4.5 rather than M4 too.
