WANTED: Large frameset or full bike for project.

Looking for a large (around 19-21') retro MTB frame or full bike for a commuter project. Preferably something with enough mounts for mudguards and racks etc . Budget around £100-200.

I have this (currently unfinished) KHS Montana Comp I'm thinking of selling. I bought it recently as a project but it's too large for me (it's a 21" I believe).

I'm based in Belgium. Price is difficult to say right now as I didn't try the current cassette, chain and chainrings so don't know if they're worn out or not. As it is right now (with the old parts and without cables), price is fixed to 150 € (+ shipping).
