I'm apparently too noobish on here to PM, but I've recently modified the bike to suit my gf's preferences (downtube shifters, top-bar/cyclocross brakes, new tape, tyres, and she finds an old leather Brooks saddle more comfy than the Bontrager the bike came with). Of course I still have the original Shimano105 brifters and saddle, if that's of interest. Seeing as I just dropped a bunch of time and some €€ into the thing, we're not nec. looking to sell it, but with cash a little tight a generous offer would be strongly considered. I'll post a recent pic of it since the modifications. The downtube shifters make it look even more retro, but without the brifters it loses some of it's aggressive look. Cheers.

Hi Asimjer, I tried to PM and email you a few days ago regarding your bike. Ideally I'd prefer it with brifters as per the original spec.

No idea on price, just seen one for sale for £275.
