Maybe check size of your current bike and compare it to this one?

i've a 1992 Scott super america in size 17,5...
50 is the vertical tube size?

Don't know if 1991 Pro Racing and 1992 Super America have same geometry.

My 1991 Pro Racing has a 50 cm vertical/seat tube and a 57 cm effective top tube. To me, 57 cm top tube seems large for your length. But ofcourse this is your personal choice. Maybe you ride very short stems or a very stretched riding position.
