Wanted Want to buy titanium road frame or set

The reality is that a Ti frame in working condition is worth more than you want to spend. Let alone a full bike.

You’ll just need to be patient and add money to your budget whilst you wait. Add another £100 a month until your budget meets a bike that’s available.

I’d also add that if your budget is that tight. I wouldn’t go Ti with their tendency to crack.
Don't mention the C word, your Hei Hei might hear you

Finding a more budget older Ti road frame practically limits you to Airborne, Van Nicholas, older Lapierre, Wheeler or Decathlon. Mongoose did one that could slip under the radar. I think all the Raleigh are bonded.

There may be a few more obscure brands but certainly won't be popular.

That's fine and imho they are still decent brands

Raleigh latterly did a number of more classically constructed titanium frames. Lovely to look at, lovely to ride.

If you’re patient and lucky you might get something close to your budget. I spotted this complete titanium Raleigh on Gumtree in the summer and didn’t hesitate to pay the full £300 the original (careful) owner was asking for it. Doesn’t happen often but if you’re ready when it does…

She's a beauty!

Also the slew of XACD Ti frames from the naughties - you might get lucky and get one for £250. Lots of people bought direct from the factory and that same factory made the Ti frames for Van Nicholas and Planet X, so not low quality.

I’d look out for one of the welded Raleighs. With a bit of patience you might find one within your budget.
They use a lower grade titanium than most, but are well designed and ride great
