VP Bottom bracket rubbish?

Bought a new bottom bracket for my 2002 Kona Kula.
Fitted it and it's making creaking noises. Brand new, it's was around £15 posted so not that expensive but it should at least work.
Mines a funny size being ISIS 68x113.
Does anyone recommend a decent bottom bracket?
Original one was FSA Platinum.
Wasn't looking at spending £50 on one though.

I've got an fsa platinum pro mega quad bb (ti axle), new in packet that I'm not going to use as no longer have the cranks it was intended for. Rrp is silly money but I'm sure I can better £50. If interested, let me know and I'll check the size and grab some pics.

Sorry, just measured and its 109mm axle length.

I've only got 120 miles on a square taper version so far. No issues yet.
