..... I don't get it. It's not the first time I see botched French headsets here on show worthy bikes. There are about 4 types of headsets with their own particular locking mechanisms and this is something really cobbled together from bits on an otherwise stunning bike.

thinking about laying my hand into restoring an old French rando but do not want to spend my kidneys for it; I found this Regor Cycles bike which is in a quite sorry state, but could be kind of a project if the frame is not rotten in it structure.

As I never heard of Regor; does anyone know that brand and what kind of bikes did they build over the last decades ?
