And you naming the brake shoe pivot helps me to see that there is a bit of up and down adjustment for the shoes.I believe all three use the 'Jeay' system. You may want to look for the exact specifications for those.

Ta GGFY.. I have looked for similar decals but not many on the internet. Plenty of early 70s, late 60s and some mid 70s but not early 80s or late 70s. I think that covers it?The drop outs are Campagnolo Portacatena so this dates it to no later than mid 80s I think. Lugs look like Haden. Obviously a nice quality frame.
