I believe all three use the 'Jeay' system. You may want to look for the exact specifications for those.

I happen to have one of the bikes here with me, and I measure ~30mm center-to-center (boss to brake shoe pivot), both front and back:

That’s great. Thanks @non-fixie. I measured ~27mm rear and ~31mm front so definitely in the ball park. And you naming the brake shoe pivot helps me to see that there is a bit of up and down adjustment for the shoes.
That looks to be the answer. Thanks to @Woz for your guidance too.

Anyone know the lug set? Possibly a Lejeune Professional? The previous owner said the individual he bought it from said it was the original paint. But he thought it wasn't as the Lejeune transfers have no lacquer protection and as a result are wearing off. When I took the forks off there is no sign of another colour, if resprayed it's a vary good quality paint job in my opinion. The dropouts are def campag though you can't see the lettering. 😀. The top of the seat stays though they look slightly capped they are not. They are smooth but the pin striping gives the effect of capped.

The drop outs are Campagnolo Portacatena so this dates it to no later than mid 80s I think. Lugs look like Haden. Obviously a nice quality frame.
Ta GGFY.. I have looked for similar decals but not many on the internet. Plenty of early 70s, late 60s and some mid 70s but not early 80s or late 70s. I think that covers it? 😁
