I'm sure white's the right choice. Just wanted to say: the fizik tape is brilliant. Can't remember for sure, but think mine is microtex perforated - it stays really white though! Seriously done many miles in some filthy weather & barely needs cleaning. Had Deda tape before & it was grubby in no time.
Brown saddle would go nice too.
