Old School Hero
Had this bike since I was a teenager and it was 25-30 years old then. It was resprayed/restored in the 1980's, then I stopped using it after Uni.
It's been hanging around dismantled for about 25 years, but after restoring several Retro MTB's. I thought it was time to get a classic steel bike back on the road again.
Viking may not be a popular brand in the Retrobike world. (Probably because to the shite produced nowadays under the Viking name) and the Ian Steel definitely wasn't their top end frame, but it's a personal thing.
Paintwork isn't my best work, but it's not turned out too bad. Next step is to lacquer it.
