From the centre (diameter) of the bars (in the middle) to the centre of the bars (at the ends) the difference (centre to centre) is approx 42-45mm

42/45 is high as it's nearly 2 inches, 20/25 is low rise which is what I would want, but its always difficult to measure due to the sweep too? Does it not ay on them? Also any idea on weight?

I'm pretty sure they are low, hmmm. You'd be welcome to try them and send them back if they're not what you want I'll have another look for any markings on them. They weigh 148g

Right, I've checked with USE and they are a 1" rise - sorted
