Not a Raleigh with that seat clamp, cheap and nasty

Looks like a low end Raleigh Mustang/Lizard/Cobra/one of many other later low end bikes frame. Dropouts are the clue here. I don't think I've seen any other maker use that stamped out cheap drop out.

Yeah I think you're possibly right, although not the right colour for a Mustang or a Lizard, can't remember what a Cobra looked like were they black and blue?

It's got an old size BB like a BMX and theres two holes in the headtube where a badge would probably have been riveted.
