Anyone tell me why when I inflate my tyre it pops off the rim ?
They're the right size & new !
Are there any tricks to set them?

Pump up to 20-25psi and go around them twisting them to make sure the bead is sitting correctly in the rim, once you are sure they are you can pump them up to full pressure

Sometimes the beads are not manufactured properly and can never sit on the rim, careful inspection usually shows the bead not uniformly sited in the rubber. If this is the case then send it back to the manufacturer

Tried everything I think there must be a fault with the tyre!

Re:

Check the wheel is true. I had to tweak a wheel that was fine with an old tyre but the new one wouldn't fit. Use the break blocks as a rough check.

Re:

is the ETRTO size of the tyre and rim matched correctly? ie: the most popular sizings are 622 which equals 700c/28" or 559 which equals 26"....some variants on 26" rims are not compatible such as 590 equals 26"x1.3/8", the ETRTO size is embossed on the sidewall of the tyre and usually engraved or stickered on the rim

They're matched 700c & the fronts fine, I must have a bad bead on the other
