their material claims seem way off.

if the bike was made of uni it would have no weave, that's biax over the top, in the picture you show of the naked one. and its probably roving under that.


but yours is defo glass on the outside....

who knows what lies underneath. the claim----made 'with' carbon fiber would stand up in court, it doesnt say made 'of' carbon fibre, which would be taken to imply the bulk component of the layup.

That kinda makes sense then.

Whats more important to determine then is what the difference is between say an older glass fibre frame compared with a "real" carbon frame? Is say a new entire carbon frame lighter, stronger etc?

Surely a real carbon frame is lighter and has all the qualities of carbon fibre as opposed to a frame makde out of er... boat material?

Ok for that there, it is well carbon, but it is recent that there! your frame weighs 2.6 kilogrammes, it is heavy for Trimble carbon!! not??
