Trailwright's 1992 Specialized Epic Comp

Transfers have now been applied. One to each side. It took me a while to figure out the best way to keep consistency but in the end I made up a paper template using the blade sides as guides, and then tape to position length ways. Always a bit nerve racking applying these sorts of things as it's one shot only, especially with individual lettering.

At last, it's finished. I'm very pleased with how it's turned out. Despite the wheels it feels noticeably lighter than my 1990 Epic which, while essentially the same frame, is endowed with Campag Record. I look forward to the Spring when the dry roads return and I can give this a workout.

Love the build! Great looking frame and an excellent collection of components you found for it.
I would have gone for black and/or yellow bartape I think though, blue clashes a bit for me.

Thanks. The photos don't do it justice, they make it look proportionately wrong. Plus the blue tape actually looks ok in real life. I did contemplate black and may very well go that route at some point.
